Karsten brings over 20 years of global experience helping leaders unlock their potential.
He has coached C-suite executives across industries and mentored rising talent through initiatives such as NBA Africa Academy.
His philosophy is grounded in the belief that true leadership begins within — that as we expand our awareness, clarity of purpose, confidence and courage, our capacity to lead others expands.
Karsten sees leadership as an inner journey expressed outwardly. When we grow in wisdom, awareness, presence, and love, everything we touch transforms.
