Grounded in research and tools from both the Impostor Syndrome Institute and Dr. Lisa Orbé-Austin, this 7-session coaching journey helps you shift limiting narratives, step into your strengths, and cultivate a confident executive presence.

Program Structure

7 x 75-minute coaching sessions, delivered over 3–4 months (online or hybrid). Includes 2 complimentary sessions: a 20-minute Connection Call and a 90-minute initial Strategy Session.
